Mixes well has least amount of after taste than other 'unflavored' protein powders. Mixes well when temperature of liquids is below 130 degrees. In a flavorful brooth or drink, you cannot detect any taste of the protein powder.
Smells HORRIBLE though! Good if you can put it into something with a strong flavor in order to boost the protein value.

there is a taste to it. I had it a couple of times pre-op. Maybe my taste buds are more sensitive now that i can barely have that many tastes post-op, but i can taste the "unflavored" taste. I put it in jello and milk. it's better in milk, but nto that great.

I used my sample pkt to mix with Diet Jello. It worked well and gave me 10gm of protein per cup of jello. Made a great snack.

I am having a hard time finding decent tasting protein drinks!
I have tried mixing this with pudding and it is great no after taste, but in crystal light or chicken broth and other drinks it has a HORRIBLY strong vitamin aftertaste. I hate it as a drink.
