Has a wonderful taste. Freeze it and put it in the blender for a slushee.

I think that this is very good and doesn't really have an aftertaste. I also think tht those who have tried the Slimfast shakes will most like be able to handle this. I have only tried the chocolate.

I purchashed the Creamy Vanilla and Chocolate. The chocolate is very good and the vanilla good. They provide 14gr of protein & 100 or less calories. Less than 1g sugar.

One of the few protein drinks I find palatable. One serving has 15g protein with only 90 calories, 2.5g fat and 3g carbs. I've only tasted the vanilla cream flavor. Doesn't have that chalky texture of some protein drinks, nor is it too sweet. Especially great for when I have to run errands, but need to eat. I grab one of these to take with me, and it stops me from visiting McDonalds! LOL
