by far the best tasting protein drink I have had so far! There is 20-30 grams of protein per scoop. Tastes great in a blender with a little milk and ice!

This stuff tastes great and mixes up either by shaking or with a spoon. I make hot chocolate with it using very hot tap water. Don't microwave it! it turns into an undrinkable gel mess
