I have tried a lot of powders and I have found a few that I like including this one. It's best mixed with a blending stick but if I shake it real hard I can get all the lumps out. I highly recommend it.

It's ok. I know everyone loves it, but I actually stopped doing my shakes after purchases 2 cans of this powder. I prefer the Zero Carb Isopure. We're all different :-)

I love taking this product and making my version of a starbucks frappaccino. I take 2 scoops of proscore choc, add about 4 tbl of suisse mocha ff sf decaff instant coffee and a tray of ice. It's wonderful and keeps me away from the frapps.

After trying MANY protein supplements, I am SOOOOOOOOOO happy to have found Pro Score 100. It is available in both chocolate and vanilla. Personally I like the chocolate. The vanilla is too sweet for my liking. When I first ordered it, the mixing directions were one scoop with 4-6 ounces of liquid. This supplied 16 grams of protein. The new packaging is two scoops with 8-12 ounces of liquid. I still use only one scoop per serving and drink 3 or 4 servings per day, depending on the protein I consume for the day in my food. I like to mix the chocolate with 5 ounces of coffee. I also use an electric hand blender. It is smooth with a consistency of chocolate milk. Mixed with the coffee it tastes like a cafe mocha drink. I have only found it online. The cheapest I have found it is $22.99 from www.wlssuccess.com - shipping is $5.95 if you order just the one can. www.vitalady.com also has it for $24.99 with $5.95 shipping. This product has no fat, no sugar and no lactose.

ProScore Vanilla. i mixed this with 8oz of very cold water. shook it up for over 2 minutes but it just did not dissolve very well, and it tasted AWFUL. it's gritty and chalky and has a very strong aftertaste. i tried to doctor it up with some SF syrups, but nothing can save this nasty stuff. I couldn't even finish half of it. Yuck Yuck Yuck!
