Power Crunch Wild Berry Creme-(12 count box) by BioNutritional Research Group - Protein Bar

My friends and I have been eating these bars for a couple of years and have now found a cheap & reliable source. I love the Cookies & Creme the most. This is not a nutritional bombshell of a product. Almost half its calories come from fat. But it's 15 grams of highly absorbable protein, and IT'S DELICIOUS! The texture is like those old fashioned waffle-wafer and cream cookies. It's super light, has a nice crunch, really a dramatic departure from the typical light-as-mud protein supplement bar. I'm sure I'll be glad to have it in my options arsenal when I'm trying to get in 100 grams of taste- and belly-tolerable protein every day.

Thus far I've only tried the French Vanilla Creme flavor. I look forward to taste testing the others :-).

I really like their bars. I have tried others and just prefer these over the others. They taste great. My favorite is the vanilla, cookie & creme and peanut butter. They are crunchy, not the chewy kind which I prefer and don't have the after taste of a protien bar. They remind me of the sugar wafer cookies!!

The Vanilla and Triple Chocolate are by far the best. The others don't have as much flavor.

I am in love with these! They are a wonderful treat!

This is a wafer type bar. It is very light and is crunchy. I tried the Wild Berry Creme and the Peanut Butter Fudge. They have 185 calories, 13g of protein, 7g of sugar, and 12 carbs. I am not sure about the net carbs though.
