?My friends and I have been eating these bars for a couple of years and have now found a cheap & reliable source. I love the Cookies & Creme the most. The flavor is wonderful. Probably can't be eaten until on solid foods for a while. 15g of protein per bar.

This bar is tasty, light, easy to eat, and makes you feel like you are cheating...eating a candy bar. It is 14 grams of protein, 4 grams of sugar and has 8 grams of fat. As a source of protein - for a snack, I like to have one of these a day. That is why I bought 5 boxes of these online!

Though I like the combination of p-nut butter and fudge (or at least did before surgery), I find these bars sickenly sweet and the texture mealy. I prefer the P-nut butter & Chocolate Strive bar. Though it has a few more calories (40) and 1 gram more of fat, it has 7 more grams of protein and taste a lot better aand has better mouth feel. This has just got to be an individual thing, because a lot of people really like these. I am giving the rest of the box away.
