Each packet provides 15G of protein , 1G of fiber and 2G total carb. The orange drink mix (not liquid) tastes like Tang and adds a significant amount of protein to my diet. I mix it up in the morning and sip it all day at work. Love it!!!

Just found out that the protein is hydrolyzed gelatin and not a complete protein. I do have really nice nails though! I mix with 16 oz of water, taste is too strong for me when mixed as directed. I wish it had more than 15 g of protein but this is the only supplement that I can tolerate. Expensive but worth it!

This is an excellent source of protein. Each packet is packed with 15 grams of protein to be added to water. I use a little bit more water since I dont like things too sweet. Get this if you can..excellent ...the orange taste like TANG.

It is VERY difficult to get needed protein during the clear liquid stage. These drinks and clear broths provide 15 gms of protein per serving. They are a GREAT supplement. And the place where I purchased online also offers a lot of other products for beyond that stage that are FANTASTIC sources of protein with a great taste.
