Great way to get a large amount of protein in a small amount of liquid (2 ounces)...much easier than the amount of shake you need for the same amt of protein.

Post op. I like the fruit punch over the blue one. it's a thicker liquid than i was expecting, its like a syrup consistancy.. but for the protein (45grams) its deffinitally worth it to me.

These are pretty awesome, convenient & versatile. Kinda tart & thick for post op, but when mixed with orange (or other flavors to taste) crystal lite or sunbolt, diet kool-aid, etc- they're great! Very high protein, so you get a few servings from each bullet.

It's thick but if you dilute it, it tastes very good. EXCELLENT source of protein!

It was so thick and powerful a flavor, I tossed it in with some ice and some flavored water. Made a whip. Now I can handle it!
