Love the cheesecake flavor! I add a little to my protein drink and shake it up to change the flavor of the drink.

You cannot tell the difference! Very good to have on hand. I eat this a lot.

If you are really craving some chocolate or something, this is a great alternative. I haven't tasted anything chocolate, even SF, since before my surgery.

This is a great way to get in some more protein. I make mine with Carb Countdown milk and add a scoop of protein to it.

I use as an occasional treat. Taste is great but I don't handle milk very well sometimes since surgery

Excellent flavor. 0 Fat; 0 Sugar; 6grams of carbs; 0 cholesterol. Great for first 6 weeks post-op.
