I got mine in the mail and refridgerated it for a few weeks. Once I was post-op I tried it and was unable to finish due to the taste, texture and it even looked unappitizing. My husband tried it too - at first he thought it was okay but after about 3 spoonfuls, found it to be quite poor tasting and dumped the remaining portion down the kitchen sink.

Excellent taste. Each can is 6.4 ozs with 20 grams of protein. ONly 100 calories, 2 grams fat, no sugar and only 1 carb. Comes in Vanilla, Chocolate and new flavors of Banana Cream and Lemon. Couldn't live without it!
