I mixed the French vanilla with 1 cup of skim milk and a couple of spoonfuls of low-carb yogurt, used a hand blender and drank right from the cup. Taste is good, easily drinkable on a daily basis for an added 27 or so grams of protein!
I use the chocolate flavor, and it is decent tasting. I mix mine w/ 4 ounces of milk, and add ice to make it 8 total ounces-throw it in my smoothie maker and makes a nice chocolate shake.
