These are really good. I don't know how they are going to test after surgery, but they are keeping me in check before.

Depending on if you can get it on sale, its a great protein alternative when youre having problems drinking powdered protein. The liquid is punch flavored and can be mixed with juice or water. 20 grams of protein per 3 tbs.
