Just like the angel food cake mix, This is a great base product or to be used by itself! I've used it to make 1) a simple shake with a cup of Fairlife Milk, 2) blended in some ice for a thicker shake consistency 3) in an ice cream maker and made protein ice cream and 4) as a mug cake with an egg and some water... you can use any of the flex flavors with this and they are amazing!
