This is the first powder protein drink I did not throw out. No aftertaste. Rich and creamy and filling. I tried the chocolate first. 1/c cup skim milk in the blender, add 1 scoop powder, 1/2 pkg. artificial sweetener. Blend. Add a couple icecubes. Blend again. Delicious!! Try adding banana.
(indicates that they have used the product)I've tried them all.....this is the only one I like at all....every morning I mix two scoops (30g protein) with 1.5 cups cold water, a handful of ice cubes, a small banana, three or four frozen strawberries - into the blender and "smoothied". I LOVE it. I look forward to my Breakfast "shake"!!!

Tried it in a sports drink and it tasted like a wet dirty sock. Pretty hard to choke down, but on the bright side, you can use it in just about anything and it gives you 18.5 grams protein.
