Cons - not the highest grams of protein by a long shot. Casein-based - which is slow acting. Some view that as a Con. I prefer that since whey does not stick with me at all.
Pros - taste, vitamins and HEY - 2 shots of espresso. This is the first protein in 10 years I not only finished the whole canister - but that I have emptied them so many times I have lost count. Look - it can have the best macros ever but if you won't drink it who cares? This tastes so good that I have to limit myself due to cost. If they could keep the flavor as good and they came up with a 30 gr protein shake? I would never not have this in the house.
Decaf I don't love nearly as much.
This is such a delicious way to replace my coffee! They have two flavors, vanilla and mocha in both regular and all-natural formulas. I love the mocha to stir into warm decaf coffee or to make a fancy "designer" coffee drinks we've been told we can't have. Just use sugar-free syrups - you're in business! I use the vanilla as a coffee creamer substitute and sometimes in a smoothie. You can add other protein powders with these too like strawberry or chocolate. It makes an even richer treat. This was a great idea.
