Biotin 2500 mcg by GNC - Vitamin Supplement

I have only used it for a week now and will finish the bottle but don't know that I would buy it again. I don't notice any difference in my nails or hair yet. These capsules will have to be broken and mixed with applesauce or something Post and I doubt they will taste good.

I bought it cause I heard it helps prevent hailoss. So far so good!

This product has really helped my hair . My hair is very thin and it seems to make it fuller and more manageable. I hope it continues to help after surgery. Been on it for 2 monthes.

I started taking this a month ago, as my hair began to fall out around 4 months post-op. It has help reduce the amount of hair that is falling out. It's also made my hair softer and shinier. I'd recommend it.

I started taking this product one a day for a month BEFORE surgery and one a day still and I am now 6 weeks out and have 10 LONG beautiful finger nales ( which I have NEVER had in my life!) and my hair is getting thicker! I havent started losing hair yet because I hear thats at about 3 months out so I will let you know but for great skin and long nails it sure does WORK!!!!.<P> I wanted to go get a full set of nails put on but I guess I dont have to anymore.;-)<P> P.S. They are very easy to take AFTER surgery and have NO after taste and desolve quickly!

I WAS HAVING A GREAT DEAL OF HAIR LOSS SO IT WAS GETTING REALLY THIN THE STANDARD B WASNT DOING IT SO WENT TO GENERAL NUTRISION CENTER ASKED THERE ADVISE AND WAS TOLD ABOUT BIOTIN FOR HAIR SKIN AND NAILS. MY HAIR HAS STARTED TO REGROW AND I HOPE THICKENS BACK UP SOON.
