Caution when ordering from ALLTHEWHEY. They accept full payment, but do not deliver order for a month, and sometimes the entire order does not arrive for weeks more. Company unresponsive.

I have tried the banana, orange and pineapple with Crystal Light or milk and they all are a great source of protein (about 25 grams each)
