If you can stand the taste the product has great nutritional counts. I was really hoping the taste would be great. I tried the Chocolate Raspberry and it sounded good but I was disapointed. I had to pour out the shake I made. It made me really glad I have a regular protein shake with vitamins that I love the taste of. I couldn't find a container size on the web site but it looks like a small container...maybe a pound..for $29.95. Too much $ for me. I can buy almost 5 pounds of my IDS protein for that price. Good idea but company needs to rework the palatability of the product.

this was horrible and had a bad after taste

this is the most vile tasting stuff I have ever tried to drink. It is very gritty, left a bad film on my tongue and teeth, left an after taste and taste3d like chalk water
