Great for those tired of shakes. Come in other flavors too. Taste like KoolAid. 40 gm protein, no fat or carbs.

This is actually pretty tasty and my surgeon recommends it for the protein value. There are 40 grams of protein in a 20 ounce bottle and it counts as part of my liquid comsumpution during the day. I have found the flavor to be very tasty.
