I met with Sharon Smalling on Christmas Eve. Our visit was suppose to be 1 to 1 1/2 hours. It ended up being 2 hrs. 15 minutes. I was so glad that she took all the time I needed and didn't just rush me out of the office.

Sharon was a big help in understanding the life changes after the surgery. I also found that most people see her early in their work-up. I met with her last and found that to be a big help in bringing everything to a close before surgery.

I had never been to a Nutritionist before meeting with Sharon Smalling but after meeting with her I wish I had gone sooner. Sharon made me feel very comfortable, she is extremely knowlegeable and informative. This was one of my best experiences through the whole surgery workup.

She is very personable, and encourages her patients to contact her, especially when things may not appear to be going well.
