Lauren was such a pleasure to talk to. She is very understanding and had so much good information to go by. I did everything she asked of me to do and during our three phone call consultation, and I lost ten pounds and this is before having the surgery. I knew Lauren enjoyed what she is doing because she knew me as a person instead of another client.
