    A Chicago native, Dr. Inman is a graduate of the University of Illinois-Chicago, with a master's degree in biology, and also of Indiana University School of Medicine. Dr. Inman completed her general surgery residency at Methodist Hospital of Indiana. She is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons, board-certified by the American Board of Surgery and a member of the American Society for Bariatric Surgery. Dr. Inman has performed bariatric surgery since 1997, and she specializes in bariatric laparoscopic procedures including the Gastric Band, Roux-en-y and duodenal switch.

    Dr. Inman and her staff were always pleasant, caring, professional, and educational. I cannot remember one instance of being dissatisfied when seeing her or calling her office!
