The first thing I thought about Dr. Pompa was that I was with someone who knew what she was doing, was willing to answer all of my questions and was very direct and to the point. My impression has only gotten better. Her office staff is great, they were and still are patient with all my questions and requests. I can say that there was nothing that I did not like about her. People should know that she is very good at her job, she knows what she is talking about and has thier best interest in mind. She keeps in contact with you to monitor your progress and to offer help if there are any problems. She was very open and honest about the risks of the surgery and fully answered all my questions.

My first impression of Dr. Pompa was that she was friendly and had a lot of knowledge about Bariatric surgery. My impression of has not changed. rnThe office staff are very helpful and courteous. Aftercare is emphasized very much. I was advised many times on what I need to do not only to make this work and to stay healthy. Risks of the surgery were addressed completely by Dr. Pompa. rnSurgical competence and bedside manner are amazing, Dr. Pompa is the total package. She does excellent work.rn

Since I met Dr. Pompa my life has changed. She was very strict with me and said I would have to change my way of life and follow her post op instructions and aftercare carefully. Thanks to her and her staff I have. rnHer post op care has been fantastic. rnI can't say enough about all she has done for me, in fact she was everything I wanted in a surgeon and more, but as she said it is up to me to succeed.

Dr. Pompa and her entire staff were absolutely amazing from the very beginning. They were very open and available to all my questions and they made me feel that I am important and by doing so they also make you feel very confident.

I think Dr. Pompa is a wonderful surgeon, maybe even the nicest, friendliest lady I've ever met and on top of thing she gets the job done and that is all that mattered to me. I would recommend her to anyone.rnPlus she has a wonderful bilingual staff.rn

Dr. Pompa is a very pleasant Doctor. the clinic staff were always very helpful. My surgery went great and I have had no complications. I still get calls from the Doctor's office checking up on me and I really don't mind in fact I'm glad they call, means they care about people and their work.

I feel very privileged to have Dr. Pompa as my surgeon. She demands that her patients follow the guidelines for success. Her attitude makes me comfortable with her. She expects the most from her staff and her own performance and she is not disappointed. Failure is not acceptable. rn

Dr. Pompa is very direct, very sincere, there is no nonsense with her. She insists that you follow the guidelines and protocols but she is also very supportive. I liked her for both of these things. rnThe staff is fantastic, no complaints there either.rnI have never been in a hospital where such care was taken and the staff were so attentive. rnI guess I have no bad things to say about anybody and it is great at least for me, ja, ja.

Dr. Pompa went through the risks and benefits of WLS and the after care information was given in writing for me to take home and read.rnThe staff was friendly and made you feel relaxed and welcome. rnThe doctor was awesome and did my surgery without complications. I am pleased with the services provided to me by Dr. Pompa and her staff. rn

My first impression of Dr. Pompa was that she has a very no nonsense personality and is very straight forward but after the surgery in the hospital and in her office she seemed warmer than at first. rnThe staff treats you with a lot of warmth and are very efficient. Their aftercare is also very organized, they certainly place a great deal of emphasis on participating. I would certainly rate Dr. Pompa very highly among bariatric surgeons. I would have no complaints regarding her bedside manner, her surgical expertise and therefore would not hesitate to recommend her.
