Joseph Caruana Bariatric Surgeon MD, FACS

Dr. Caruana is a first class WL surgeon. He was the utmost in professional and his office staff rates up there with him.

Dr. Caruana is a wonderful surgeon, he is very knowledgable about what he does. He put me and my husband at ease about the surgery. He does not beat around the bush, he will tell you exactly like it is. It is a nice change. He doesnt waste alot of time, its an in and out deal. He has no problem answering questions and such, but he does it in a very direct way. He does not waste time on chit- chat. Overall I really like him and his office staff. Everyone there is extremely efficient and friendly.

Dr. C is wonderfully patient and understanding. His office staff is excellent!

Dr. Caruana is WONDERFUL!!! When I was in the waiting room, I was just observing all the staff, and the way I saw him interacting with everyone was very impressive. When you get taken back into the exam room, you meet Lisa to do your vitals and then history, and then Dr. C. comes in. I cannot express just how friendly and kind and wonderful he is!! EVERYONE I met with was just as nice and wonderful! Then I met with the girl who deals with the insurance. She explained how the insurance approval goes, and that she will be contacting me on a Friday, probably in a few weeks, or as soon as the insurance approval comes in...I just cannot express enough just how great my first impression was!!! I definitely recommend Synergy Bariatrics!!!!

Dr. Caruana is the best! I was very comfortable with his manner and his staff are toprate too! It was great seeing Dr. C at the hospital before and after my surgery and even before my discharge today. I will not hesitate in providing the name of my surgeon to anyone that is interested in having gastric bypass surgery. They provide you with alot of information that you need to make the best decision.

Dr C has helped me change my life. I now how MUCH more energy and enjoy spending time playing with my children!
