Dr. Jonathan Wallace, Bariatric Surgeon Jonathan Wallace, MD, FACS, FASMBS is a highly skilled bariatric surgeon offering his expertise with the Suburban Surgical Care Specialists at the Kane Center in Hoffman Estates, Illinois. He graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science from Tufts University. A member of the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society, he earned his medical degree at Tufts University School of Medicine and completed his residency at Northwestern Memorial Hospital where he was Chief Resident in General Surgery.
