George Ferzli Bariatric Surgeon MD, FACS

Doctor Ferzli was patient and confident while explaining the sleeve gastrectomy to me. He was thorough and appeared relaxed, sociable and he was very informative. He has a pleasant, welcoming demeanor. Future patients should know that the process of getting approved for bariatric surgery takes time and that it takes true dedication to complete it. The support group meetings were helpful but the ones that I went to unfortuanately did not have many post op patients. It's a very well organized program with well written and lots of verbal materials given.

I was very satisfied with the whole program. Doctor Ferzli, Dr. Saperstein, Laura and the rest of the staff were nothing but pleasant and helpful. They made the whole process easy and tolerable.

My first impression of my surgeon was that he was professional and funny. He made me feel comfortable and he was informative. What I like best was that he was easy to talk to and informed me of everything. Future patients should know that this program has very understanding and comforting doctors. This program definately emphasizes aftercare and they explain all the risks. I would rate this program a 10 out of 10.

Dr. Ferzli is a gentleman. He made me feel at ease. He's well educated and an amazing surgeon. Karen was EXTREMELY helpful. She was so nice and made me feel comfortable. She helped me make my appointments and calmed my nerves. there is nothing I disliked about this program. I would recommend anyone to go to this program. Dr. Ferzli and his team are the best. They emphasize aftercare. It's explained that you'll have to meet with Dr. Ferzli, Karen and the nutritionists. Everything is discussed at great lengths in the support groups. Dr. Ferzli and his staff are WONDERFUL! From a 1 to 10, they are an 11!

I found Doctor Ferzli very pleasant. He was easy to speak with. I went to him because he's been highly recommended among patients. I feel confident with his care. The whole program emphasizes aftercare. The support groups were helpful, they spoke of the benefits and risks. I've had a very good experience. I'm comfortable with everyone in the program.

Dr. Ferzli was very informative and seemed experienced. He knew all about my ailments and how they were related to surgery. He and the program are very thorough. I think this program is excellent.

I felt very well and in good hands, he explained all about the different bariatric surgeries, I decided on the gastric bypass, the staff are very courteous. the support group helped me a lot. My nutritionist Lisa very good and helped me a lot is very courteous and friendly. The nurses and the team at the Lutheran hospital are very good attention and care after surgery recommend it 100%. and I recommend to DR.FERZLY & DR.VULPE 100%

My surgeon made me feel at ease and he appears to be very confident in his skills. In turn, he made me feel confident. He was not that engaging but he got right to the point. Everyone in the program gives you a feeling of hope. I really like them, they educated me on aftercare a lot. I found them to be better than another program that I was with previously.

Doctor Ferzli made a great impression on me. He performed surgery on me in 2005 so I knew to go back to him for weight loss surgery. He's a nice guy, he makes you feel comfortable and he shares his knowledge. He helps you and he's couteous. I would recommend the whole program to people. The emphasize aftercare and review all the risks of surgery. On a scale of 1 to 10, a would rate them a 15! They are phenomenal.
