He was very nice and personable. He is very encouraging. His staff is very helpful and professional. He is very honest and open about the procedure. He is very involved in aftercare and expects me to take full responsibility for my success/failure. Overall, if I had to choose again, I would pick him. He is extremely competent and has a great bedside manner.
