Andrew DeWitt Bariatric Surgeon M.D., F.A.C.S.

Dr. Andrew Dewitt from Bessemer Carraway Hospital is a very professional and direct surgeon. My family and I absolutly thought he made a professional statement during my hospital stay. Dr. Dewitt is in an ajoining office with General Surgeon Dr. Issis in the professional building at Bessemer Carraway.
The office staff are very quick to adhere to your concerns with a professional yet personal manner. Jonnah his nurse has been great. I havent found anything about him that I dont like so far, hes an alright guy.
Dr. Dewitt will tell you upfront that followup with him is very important since he is the one performing your surgery. He will sit down with you in his office during the first consultation and tell you about the procedure and whether or not he feels you would be a good canidate for it, also, he will tell you what all you need to get the ball rolling.
