I was absolutely ready for this procedure. Dr. Andrei and his staff are extremely knowlegeable, experienced and generous with their time. The only thing I would have liked was to see Dr. Andrei more since he has a very calming presence and genuinely concerned demeanor. During my first visit, I was informed of the differences between the procedures and it was suggested that I go for the gastric bypass. The reasons were well explained and I had complete confidence. My only problem was a post op infection that necessitated a readmission three days after the surgery. I realize these things are often unavoidable however,If I were to go back to the beginning, I might have asked to go home with an antibiotic. All in all, this been the best thing I could have done and humbly submit, anyone with an uncontrolled weight problem should contact Dr. Andrei since there
are solutions to this difficult condition.

Dr Andrei has given me a new start in getting my life together. He put a team of doctors that were very caring and understanding to my needs and helping me complete this program in a very healthy way. His office staff are the best. I was very pleased with the compassion that they showed me in the office and on the phone. They are the Best!!!! I would recommend Dr Andrei to all my friends and family. He is a life saver.

I went to three other doctors before I made up my mind about having the band. Dr. Andrei was the only doctor that did not put any type of pressure on me.Doctor Andrei and Staff are all great.You can call them when ever you need to and someone will get back to you right away.I really like the fact that they call you every day to find out if you are doing ok. I will like to said that i was terrified on the day of my surgery, but dr andrei came into the pre room and make me feel so calm and comfortable. I will like to thank him for being there for me, before and after the surgery. I will also like to thank the hospital staff and his staff at the office for the great support they provided for myself and family.

Dr Andrei is a great surgeon. He is very helpful in allowing you to see all aspects that the surgery entails and recomending his best option for the patient. His staff is very friendly and it feels like a big family. I had gastric bypass and after surgery had no issues.

I am happy with my weight loss,planning to loose more weight without feeling hungry. I feel getting the lap band was the right decision for me. Looking forward to losing more weight. Looking forward to buying new clothes.

I feel that this was one of my best decisions i have made in my life. My decision to have the lap band procedure, i thought it would be easy, but it is one of the hardest things i have done,i thought that the band would do everything. i found out it all up to you, the band is only a tool to make it a little easier for you but it does not stop the cravings to eat. I had to learn how to control myself, and not let the cravings control me. Days following the surgery i have never been that hungry in my life, i have said i was hungry, those days on the liquid diet was the hardest. My advise to anyone that will have this procedure no that the band dees not do it for you its up to you if you want to lose weight, not the band. The staff at office they make you feel that they care when you need to ask a question. you will always get your call, saying is everything alright with you, do have any question a lot of days i really needed that. rnrnTHANK EVERYONE rnrnrnAGINAH N. my surgery was great went beter than i expected it to. did nt have any pain when healing.

My surgeon and his office staff have been fabulous throughout the entire process pre-op to post surgical management. I have had very little to no pain at all from this procedure (1st day post op was the worst for me). I have had no nausea or vomiting either. I have found that walking has helped greatly in decreasing my discomfort. So far I am very happy with the process.

Dr. Andrei, what a find! I have been confident since my first meeting at the Hyatt in New Brunswick and over time I felt his abilities so that I referred my sister. I also travel from Millstone Township over an hour to get here! The staff makes sure you are worry free and guides you through all the insurance problems along the way. The only thing I would have liked was a cook book or guide. About aftercare...I am a strong headed person and it has been hard for the staff and Dr. Andrei but they have emphasized the need to be adjusted and to make a calendar to help progress. Dr. Andrei is the only doctor I would have let do my surgery. All you have to do is go into the waiting room and you will hear how well liked he is. Even being so busy, he always has time to joke and make you feel he is under control.
