My experience with Dr. Seun and his staff is very positive. He is a very caring physician and I believe he is most concerned with his patients welfare. My surgery went very well and I had very minimal post-op pain. The day I was released from the hospital I took only a half dose of pain meds. The next day I took regular Tylenol once and have not had to take any pain medication since. My only problem is with the protein powder that must be taken post-op. I find it very hard to get down. I will be switching to another brand and hopefully it will be better tasting. I would highly recommend Dr. Seun Sowemimo.

The Doctor and his office are #1 in my book. Every question was answered. Dr. Sean has done a couple of surgeries on me, I highly recommend him to anyone looking into weight loss surgery. He is very professional and takes the time with you to make sure you are comfortable with any/all decisions. Dr. Sean cares about his patients and that's very important today.

Dr Adeyeri is a great surgeon! He explained everything to me so that I understood what was going to happen and guided me through my doubts but gave me space to make my decision as to which surgery I wanted bybass or sleeve. I choose sleeve because it was less evasive to me. His staff were very helpful and kind to me during my visits and hospital stay. I wasn't doing too well after surgery because my blood levels dropped but his staff kept an eye on me and made sure I was comfortable. Mara and Julie were both very sweet during each visit. I have lost 43% of my body weight since beginning this journey in Aug of 2013. I was having knee replacement surgery so I needed to loose weight so my recovery would be less stressful. It worked! I would recommend Dr Adeyeri and his staff to anyone needed bariatric surgery. I don't do reviews but he deserved this one!

He is an amazing doctor, and highly would recommend him. He is very thoughtful gentle and kind.

Dr. Sowemimo preformed my third surgery and the old saying "three times a charm" was never more true. I had my original Roux-En-Y at 410lbs in 2003 by Dr. Brolin, one of the foremost pioneers of the surgery. Although I had no complications from the surgery, his office staff was not nearly as responsive nor as accommodating. I also abruptly stopped loosing weight very early on ( months post op) and stopped feeling full. Over the period the lack of a successful surgery saw me go from 285 up to 375. In 2011 I went to see Dr. Sowemimo's predecessor, Dr. Washington to explore my options. He preformed a procedure known as the "Rose Procedure" but as it wasn't a proven method it was not covered by insurance. I did have some initial success, but any weight loss and eating restrictions were soon gone. I went to see Dr. Sowemimo in early 2013 and at the time was 346lbs. He immediately told me that the Rose was not something that should have been done and sent me for some testing to see what would be the best course of treatment, if any were available. After several test he determined the original procedure had medically failed and applied to my insurance company to fix it. His office did all the work and I was approved in short order. He also put me on a liquid diet pre-op... he was the first Doctor to do this. He even put off my surgery because it had not been done. I was not pleased to be delayed, but it would make the procedure safer. I had a successful surgery in August and am now 275lbs.. lwer then I've ever been. The office staff is fantastic and helpful. They are friendly and accommodating. This final surgery has been such a pleasant experience compared to those before. Additionally Dr. Sowemimo made me feel individually cared about. I wasn't just a patient, but a person. I am grateful to him and the Staff for making this such a success.

Life Changing, My quality of life is 100% better then ever Blood Pressure reduced aches and pains from RA just about gone, Thank You Dr. Sean! I enjoy going to work again, Im in construction so my job is demanding on my body, Now instead of waiting for an elevator I will walk up or down 6 to 8 flights. THANKS FOR CHANGING MINE AND MT FAMILIES LIFE!

Dr. Seun and his team made me feel completely at ease about the surgery and within hours of completion, I was up and walking around. I had no complications and my recovery had been wonderful. I used to dread little things like walking up or down a flight of stairs, now I can navigate them without a problem. Quality if life had definitely increased since the surgery and I'm back to living, instead of marking time. I can't thank Dr. Seun and his entire team enough.

Truly a great doctor, so glad that I went to him. He made sure that I had done all my "homework" before finally deciding on which surgery was the best option for my lifestyle. He truly is a people person.

its been one week since my surgery, I am down 25 pounds and very happy. I feel great and looking forward to a healthy lifestyle.......I owe it ALL to my doctor and his staff.........saying thank you barely does the justice they deserve....

Dr. Seun has changed my life drastically. I am so thankful to have found such a wonderful and compassionate doctor. The last time I was at my goal weight was in High School and Dr. Seun has helped me get there. He is all around professional and at your best interest. I recommend Dr. Seun to anyone who is serious about losing weight and being healthy again. Thank You Dr. Seun for giving me life again.
