Weight & Inches Meal Replacement Shake by Robard Corporation - New Direction - Liquid Protein

I love this product. I mix it differently than directed though. I use 1 scoop of Champion Pure Whey Choc. Stack and 1 heaping TBSP of Weight and inches, add 6-8 oz. of water, some ice and mix in my Magic Bullet. Additional protein and less carbs.

I have tried many protein shakes and most tast awful. UnJury is not too bad, but tast more like a Yoo-Hoo chocolate drink. These Weight & Inches shakes are very thick and rich more like a real shake. The protein content is 28 grams, 5 g surgar, 13 g carbs, 2.5 g fat, and 190 calories. The down side is that you mix it with 16 oz of water instead of 8oz like UnJuryg. But if you want a thick creamy shake. They are really good.
Each box has 7 meal replacements.
