VHP Chocolate Shake Mix by Bariatrix Nutrition Corporation - Powdered Meals / Shake

I used Bariatric Advantage prior to surgery. My doctor said there weren't enough calories so I bought the VHP. I am 3 days out from the sleeve. There is a definite taste difference. Plus one pouch makes 16oz. The main reason I liked Bariatric is it is gluton and lactose free. Well after one day of the
the VHP shake I bloated up with gas - the kind that makes you double over.Years ago Slimfast did the same thing to me. So I am trying the Bariatric Advantage again, and increasing the amount to get the calories my doctor wants. Hopefully he will refund me.

If this is the hot chocolate drink mix, wow! It was great, dissolved terrific and tasted like hot chocolate... with great protein & other nutritional stats!

This is one great shake! I drink one of these everyday to get 35 grams of protein in. My favorite way to drink it is to add some sugarfree mint syrup to it.
