It is thick and chalky. No matter how long in the fridge, no matter how many ice cubes are crushed into it, it never tastes cold.

My taste buds did not care for this product, nor did my stomach after surgery. It made me sick each time I drank it. Each person is different. Not everyone will have the same reaction as I did. If you can stomach the product, it is worth the value.

This is the best tasting shake I have tried (and I have tried MANY). It IS expensive but is filling and tasty. I even double the water in it so I can spread out 1 shake into 2 meals. It has 35 g of protein per shake.
