Source of Life Liquid Multi-Vitamin & Mineral by Nature's Plus - Liquid Vitamin

I started taking this before I had my RNY and always felt better when i was taking it, unlike regular multi's where I couldn't tell the difference. The sugars in it don't bother me and I feel it is an excellent choice because it is absorbed so quickly. It looks terrible, but has a nice fruity taste.

DO NOT BUY THIS! The second ingred. is fructose. It will cause you to be very ill if you have had a rny! It looks like bile and tastes awful.

My doctor wanted me to switch to an adult vitalmin. I went to the Natural Food Store and this was a product they suggested. It came in a smaller bottle that I decided to try since I have gone through so many supplement. It is excellent and comes with green foods for the phyto nutrients that are recommended that we get every day. I will continue to use this product since it tastes great and has more than I probably need. I was warned of the dark green coloring but was assured of its great flavor.

A good source of every vitamin and mineral you need. It mixes well with juice, or you could drink it by itself.
