Fifteen grams of protein and 100 calories when mixed with water. Either chocolate or vanilla is my standard breakfast each day for the last 8 years.

This is a great way to add extra protein. Mix with Diet Raspberry Snapple or Crystal Light and ice cubes and turns frothy in the blender. I like the chocolate flavor.
