Great for the post-op who can't get protein down. The vanilla is actually better than the chocolate and excellent over ice. Has 40 grams of protein, 4 grams of fat and 220 calories. It's a meal replacement rather than a snack. Contrary to rumor, you can absorb that much protein, the whole myth about no more than 25-35 grams is total bunk. Show me scientific evidence and then I'll believe you. I swear this stuff packs alot of nutrtion and is great if your not a "breakfast" type person.
