At first I wasn't sure if I could have this because of the "macaroni", but I found out that Kraft is using more "low fat" and reducing a lot of the sodium and other various contents that make having it for bariatric patients easier. My doctor's office said I could have this as long as the protein content was good. Well in 2.5 oz of this product comes 11 grams of protein. So in just a little over a 1/4 cup of this (4 tablespoons) is 11 grams fo what we need most! To top that off there is only 2.5 grams of fat!!
