I actually am using the Dutch Chocolate shake. Mixed with lite soy milk it balances the protein/carbs for pre-op. But works well with just water too. The flavor is very good and palatable. In general I like most of the ZonePerfect products.

mixed with water & 1/3 of a banana; a little to thick, will try with only the water; mixed well and tasted good. just a little pricey
