I bought it from a friend who gives rave reviews...she also sells it...I honestly didn't give it a chance for weightloss, I couldn't get past the taste....

The taste is great. You only need 7 oz of water so you don't feel like you are stuffing yourself. It's all natural. Uses stevia as a sweetner and provides 18g protein with only 8 carbs.
