This product mixes well. Ice really makes it taste better. It's a little pricey but has 21 grams of protein and one bag will give you about 14 servings. Chocolate Caramel is pretty good.

my first experience with taking the protein i am 2 weeks pre surgery and my first day on the shakes and oh wow its awesome i mixed it with skim milk and its yummies
