I learned about this product through a support group. All I can say is yummy!! It saved me during the liquid phase of recovery. It held up well throughout the day..much better than another product I was using. I did try all of the flavors but Banana is my favorite. It has a good thick texture and keeps me full. For variety I will add some PB2. This product is really good.

Very strong banana taste. Consistency of melted icecream. 27 grams of protein per serving. Mixed as directed amount is about 6 ounces.
