I have been using the body magic off and on for two years. It makes your waste and stomach extremely small for those that have lost major weight this product is definitely the product to use. Its not just for women they have similar ones for men. I give this product a definite 10, Now they have the crotchless ones for the women that need to go to the bathroom and dont feel like doing so much work to take it off. EXCELLENT.
