I really like the strawberry shake. Calories are low, no sugar and low fat. The protein could be a little better, but still good.

This is a 14 Serving package. To me it taste just like melted Vanilla Ice Cream. The first drink wasn't so great, but now I love it. I would recommend this for everyone, especially if they cannot find a protein they like.

It is a good source of Protein <15g> It just leaves a BLAH taste in your mouth. Over all not very tasty
