I cannot say enough good things about this product. There are a variety of flavors to choose from and all of them are awesome. It tastes good mixed with milk or water and is really the best protein shake I have used. I would recommend it to anyone who is post surgery!

tried six flavors and really liked these.

orange creamsicle
mint choc
banana split
straw shortcake
vanilla
and choc mousse
reccommend them to those who like the powdered shakes.
I found this one to be as good if not better then other protien shakes i have tried but it costs much much less. They have 6 or so flavors to choose from. I have tried choclate, choclate mint, and strawberry so far. I found mix it with 5 oz or water rather then 8 and they are good. My friend tried the choclate when i was at her house. She said cold it tasted like yoohoo!

I haven't tried the flavors yet, but I have the "flavorless". I add it to my shakes that I make with a different protein powder for a nice extra boost (about 32g total). In shakes it's flavorless. In other foods it tends to thicken it a little, so I can't add much, and if I put in too much, it has a strange flavor to it...maybe it's just my strange taste buds! Definitely a great and cheap alternative to other more expensive flavorless powders.

It is okay, but is not completely flavorless! Mixes better in certain types of food. Good source of protein.

I am pre-op at this moment but I have tried All The Whey and it mixes very very well in a shaker with no clumps at all. The taste is very good and I am satisfied with the protein level. For a variation I put some in the blender with a little ice and some low carb, fatfree lactose free milk product. It is very delicious for the price you pay. I have a problem paying $20 for a #2 tub of protein. I believe I paid about $12 for a #3 tub of this product and it tastes great. I will update again later when I am post op.
