Nikesha has worked in the medical field for more than 16 years. She has an associate in science degree in criminal justice, a medical office certificate, is a certified nursing assistant, and has taken hospital management courses. Her role at Emerson is to guide pre-surgical patients through the bariatric program, assist patients with appointments, and troubleshoot any scheduling issues patients may have.
