Gretchen helps her patients prepare for bariatric surgery, including gastric bypass and sleeve gastrectomy, through nutrition and lifestyle education. She also moderates patient support groups for St. Clare Hospital in Lakewood and Franciscan Center for Weight Management in Federal Way.
