Dr. Daniel Fang, Bariatric Surgeon
Daniel T. Fang, MD, FACS, is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery (ABS) and the National Board of Medical Examiners (NBME). After completing his undergraduate studies at the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Dr. Fang earned his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine and completed his residency at Case Western Reserve University Hospitals in Ohio.
Dr. Fang is a member of the American Medical Association (AMA), the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS), the Maricopa Medical Society, and a fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
Dr. Daniel Fang serves as an assistant professor for the Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine of Midwestern University, a clinical instructor at the Phoenix Integrated Surgical Residency, and as an assistant professor for A.T. Still University Kirksville College of Osteopathic Medicine. He speaks multiple languages including Chinese (Mandarin).
