I would give no star if I could. My mechanic bought a used transmission back in June for my mustang. I noticed a tapping noise once he repaired the car. He took the transmission back out the car and returned it to Jonesboro Auto Salvage. They informed him that the transmission was good and it could be the Fly Wheel. My mechanic put the transmission back in my car and told me everything was fine. I got my car back mid August and on September 23rd my car start acting up again. I had my car towed back to my mechanic and he told me on 10/10 that the transmission was bad and Jonesboro Salvage says it's nothing can do about it. I don't think that's fair to me as a customer. I paid over $1500 for the transmission and $1000 for labor. Jonesboro Salvage gives a 30 day warranty on transmissions. I just spoke with the manager and he said his technicians thoroughly checked the transmission. How????? I know the transmission is used and I'm taking a chance but I returned the transmission for the noise. The Technicians couldn't have thoroughly checked the transmission. I'm not sure what to do but I'm going to seek legal advise. This isn't right at all……

Jonesboro Auto Salvage Saved Me $490 bucks for parts I needed to fix my Nissan.
Moreover, they gave me the entire section for only $75 bucks.
They were very knowledgeable about what I needed, they found the part, and they are very Professional and courteous throughout the entire process.
Moreover, this is the second time they came to the rescue for cheap parts for my foreign luxury cars.
This is my go to spot for all parts I need for my car business.
I highly recommend them because they save me time money energy and stress ❣️ ♀️

can a salvage yard be a friendly place to visit? Jonesboro Salvage is my local go-to for used parts Brian, Courtney, Dan, Rod and the crew have helped me rebuild my '02 Mustang from a lump of coal (left) to a diamond in the rough (3 pics on right) the convertible top, seats, straight back exhaust pipes and countless other parts I can't recall on all my familycars.
From day one they have never once made me feel like the know-nothing-about-cars-girl I really am…
